Pepper is not only beautiful on the outside, but has a radiant personality. She is constantly on the hunt for the next person to give her head scratches and treats, and she is not afraid to vocalize her desires. She is seemingly pretty vocal in general as well, but that could always change once she feels safe in a new home.
