Estimated to have been born in the summer of 2021 and weighing in at just over 16 lbs, Al is a sturdy, incredibly shy, sweet, quirky boy who is looking for a new forever home after his previous owner sadly had to enter a nursing home. Al came into rescue as Big Al, but his foster family lovingly calls him Al, Alfie, or Alfredo de Linguine—because a cat this charming deserves options. Al will thrive with a patient, calm person who matches his gentle nature. He enjoys peaceful days filled with naps and sleeps at night with his foster mom or one of the foster teens. He pays little attention to the resident cat or the geriatric small dog in the home. His foster family says he may be the easiest cat ever—he eats, sleeps, and has impeccable litter box manners.
