Bart is a character with a playful personality. He is still getting used to his new surroundings in the shelter. Bart can get over-stimulated and will tell you in no uncertain terms, that he'd like some space. A consistent environment, light on chaos will give him the setting he needs to flourish. He is a big, beautiful boy!
