About Bessie

Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Bessie is a beautiful, sweet, and affectionate cat searching for her forever home. Tossed out by her previous owner, she was rescued from a tough situation and has proven herself to be a gentle house cat who adores attention. Bessie loves wet food and always waits by the door for someone to shower her with pets and love. Though not overly playful, her favorite thing is simply being near her people and enjoying gentle affection. She’s already spayed, up to date on her rabies vaccination, and has tested negative for both blood and fecal screenings. Bessie only needs one more distemper vaccine to be completely covered. At approximately three years old, she’s ready for a calm, loving environment with someone who will give her the attention she craves—ideally with plenty of pets and perhaps not unlimited snacks, as she’s a little chunky! While we’re not certain how she feels about other cats, what Bessie really wants is a home full of love. Fun fact: With a birthdate in early May, Bessie is a Taurus—a sun sign known for being steady, loving, and loyal. She’s the type of companion who will settle right into a cozy spot in your heart. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
