His brown and red coat is short, and his personality is hugeāplayful, loving, and unmistakably present wherever he goes. Gus is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, ready to slide right into a new home. Toys are at the center of his world, especially stuffed animals with squeakers, though ropes and tennis balls come in a close second. Heās great at entertaining himself but can get possessive over especially prized toys or treats, so his new family should respect his boundaries and help guide him. This guy loves his daily walks and is easy on the leash, happy to patrol the backyard and keep an eye on any squirrel activity. When playtime is done, heās all about curling up for a good nap. Gus currently lives with a female German Shepherd and gets along with her, thriving best with tolerant dogs that donāt mind the occasional close encounter. Heās fully house trained, does well alone without causing trouble, and knows basic commands like sit and come.
