About Angel
Angel came into rescue carrying some scars from her past—she’s a tripod, likely losing her leg after an attack from another cat. At first, she lashed out at people and animals alike, but time and patience made all the difference. Now, Angel has become a total sweetheart—her foster says she’s one of the best they’ve ever had. She’s devoted, happiest at bedtime snuggled up skin-to-skin, always touching her human, and spoiled with soft routines. Angel gets along with a few of the other foster cats but prefers to be the only feline or with just one patient companion. Too many cats make her uneasy. Her favorite thing is lounging on a cat tree by the window in a sunny spot. She’ll chase balled-up paper or feet hidden under blankets, but only when the coast is clear; crowds of cats keep her on edge. She loves treat time and never misses her spot, perking up at the exact right moment. Angel handles new people well and even does fine with harnesses and nail trims, as long as you work with her attitude—she’ll grumble and put on an air of queenly protest, but it’s mostly for show. Set boundaries, show some confidence, and she settles in. Angel wants a family ready to let her shine and keep her spoiled, just the way she deserves. Ready to fall in love?
