About Ixora
Start your journey together! Apply now. Ixora is a beautiful young cattle dog mix with a lively spirit and a sharp mind. She loves to be involved in all your activities—wherever you go, she'll want to be right by your side! She takes treats gently and already knows commands like 'sit,' 'place' (for going to her crate), and 'come.' While she can be a bit timid, her true confidence shines in quiet, calm environments such as hiking trails and open fields. Ixora makes a wonderful running or walking companion, always moving nicely on a loose leash, whether on trail runs or leisurely neighborhood strolls. She thoroughly enjoys meeting new people and animals, greeting dogs on walks with polite curiosity. This sociable girl would thrive in a peaceful home, ideally with a confident older pup who can help her learn and grow more comfortable with the world. Playtime is important to Ixora! She loves a good game of tug-of-war, fetch, and especially chasing refreshing sprays of water from the garden hose. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
