About Roxy IV

Roxy is a clever 1-year-old Terrier/Miniature Pinscher mix with a lot of spark packed into her small frame. She greets people and dogs alike with confidence and isn’t shy about making herself the center of attention, even among dogs larger than she is. Roxy has plenty of energy to burn and thrives with daily play, walks, and new games. Her Terrier and Miniature Pinscher roots mean she’ll need regular exercise and plenty to do—she’s happiest when her mind is kept active and she gets to join right in the family’s day. Roxy’s first months weren’t easy; she landed in a shelter as a stray, but her sweet and fun nature won over her rescuers quickly. She’s been living in the Paws in Prison program, learning the ropes on basic obedience and good manners under AKC Canine Good Citizen standards. She spends all day, every day with her handlers, so she’ll need some patience adjusting to a home schedule—but she’ll arrive with a training journal so you’ll have an inside look at her progress. Roxy is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. The best home for her is one where she can spend lots of time inside with her people and be included in daily life. If you’re looking for an energetic, fun-loving companion, Roxy will definitely keep you on your toes. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
