Like wildflowers, these puppies are sensitive to their surroundings and do best when given time and the right conditions to thrive. New people and places can feel big and overwhelming at first, so they may start off unsure. With patience, kindness, and a gentle approach, they begin to bloom-revealing playful, inquisitive, and affectionate personalities. Once they feel safe, they love to explore, discover new things, and share sweet moments with their people. Marigold is one of the more confident pups and has a special way of connecting with people once she feels comfortable. She loves to gaze into your face and seems to truly engage, making her feel like a real "people dog." She's an incredibly sweet, special pup. These little ones are at the very beginning of their journey and will need adopters who are ready to be active participants in their growth. They're still learning all the basics-house training, leash walking, and how to feel comfortable in the world-so ongoing guidance, positive reinforcement, and thoughtful socialization will be essential in helping them build confidence.
