Beau is back available for adoption and looking for the right home! This handsome 4-year-old French Bulldog is being rehomed after living with an elderly owner who unfortunately did not properly socialize him with other dogs. Since coming into rescue, we’ve learned a few things about Beau that were not disclosed to us initially, so we want to be completely honest in finding him the best possible match. Beau was recently neutered but still has a very active “Romeo” personality and does not discriminate between male or female dogs. 😂 Most dogs are not fans of his over-the-top flirting, though we are hopeful his hormones will settle with time. He truly wants to play and interact with other dogs, but any home with additional pets will need slow introductions and constant supervision while he learns better manners. Despite his quirks, Beau is an incredibly sweet and loving boy. He absolutely adores people and children and thrives on human attention and affection. Like many French Bulldogs, he can have some breathing difficulties when overstimulated, so he will need a family who understands the breed and can help keep him safe and comfortable.
