About Daphne
Daphne came into rescue with her siblings after being left behind on a rural road. She’s a young Great Pyrenees and Labrador Retriever mix, wrapped up in a soft white and cream coat. Still just a pup, Daphne’s just finding her stride in a loving foster home. She’s cautious at first but steadily gaining confidence each week. Toys have quickly become her favorite thing—she’ll dig through the box to find one she wants and can entertain herself for quite a while. Daphne’s learning to walk on leash, and she’s getting used to the idea of the crate, though she’s not much for being left in one. She’s proven herself to be well-mannered and nondestructive, so she may not need to be crated. Daphne lives peacefully with other dogs and often shares her days with her foster dog friends. Spayed and up to date on all her vaccinations, Daphne is healthy and ready for a home where she can continue to learn the world is a good place. If you’re in the Dallas area and want to meet her, Daphne’s ready and waiting for someone who’ll give her a place to belong. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
