Meet Simba! He is clearly as large and ferocious as the lion, and his chihuahua bark sounds just like a loud roar! This little man loves to spend time outside, whether that is going for a nice walk, or just sitting on the patio with you. When he is content with his play time, he would be more than happy to be a lazy couch potato with you. Being the ferocious lion he is, he may need some help being tamed while at the vet. He is not a happy camper while getting his nails trimmed, and his lion side truly comes out. With a little extra relaxation beforehand, he should be able to snooze through his appointment in no time. He has lived with other dogs in the past, and would likely do well with other dogs in the future. With some time and patience allowing him to settle in, he may be a great fit for your home! He is excited to meet his new family, and cannot wait to meet you! Ready to Adopt? You have two options: #1- VISIT IN PERSON Come during our open adoption hours: Tuesday - Saturday,12:30 - 3:00pm. You'll be able to meet available dogs in the shelter.
