Ace is ready to deal himself into your heart! This handsome guy came to us from another animal shelter and has quickly won everyone over with his sweet, easygoing personality. Ace is incredibly friendly and affectionate-he's the kind of cat who genuinely loves being around people. He has wonderfully soft fur that you won't be able to resist petting, and luckily for you, he loves pets just as much! He's also quite the chatterbox and will happily meow to let you know when he's ready for attention (which is often). When he's really content, you'll catch him making biscuits, showing just how happy and comfortable he feels. With his loving nature and adaptable personality, Ace should do well in a variety of homes. As with any new pet, a slow introduction to other animals will help set him up for success. You have two options: #1- VISIT IN PERSON Come during our open adoption hours: Tuesday - Saturday,12:30 - 3:00pm. You'll be able to meet available cats in the shelter. (Cats in foster care are not available for in-person visits.) #2- ADOPT REMOTELY OR PLACE A 24-HOUR HOLD** If you're ready to adopt without meeting the cat first, or you'd like to place a non-refundable $25 hold to reserve a cat for 24 hours, just call or email us: (413) 781-4000 x 1 springfield@dakinhumane.org.
