Meet CHINA At just seven weeks old, CHINA’s story began in a way no puppy deserves… found completely alone in Mississippi with no mom, no littermates, and no one to claim her. We don’t know where she came from. We don’t know what she’s been through. But we do know this—she is a precious little soul who deserved better from the very start. After being found, CHINA was brought to a local shelter. Because she appeared lethargic at intake, she was placed in quarantine out of an abundance of caution. And while that may sound scary, the truth is much simpler… CHINA is healthy as can be!! She was just a tiny, tired baby who had been through more than any puppy should. With a little time, care, and comfort, her true self has started to shine through—and it’s exactly what you’d hope for in a puppy her age. CHINA is sweet. CHINA is gentle. And more than anything… CHINA just wants someone to love her. She is expected to arrive in Maine mid-May, and we are now accepting applications for her forever home.
