Roughly 90% of our dogs are adopted prior to their transport up to MA and 10% are adopted locally. Meet Carson! Carson is approximately 2 years old and 27 lbs currently and he likely has some Beagle in his mix. Carson was found as a heartworm positive stray. He has not been treated and is ready for his forever home! In his foster home, he is working hard on his house training, crate training and leash walking. He could join households with dog-savvy kids, cats, and other small, calm dogs. His foster says, "We have loved every minute having him with us! He has been amazing with our other pets and our children. He’s been working hard on potty training and leash manners, as well as learning to keep his paws on the floor. He loves stuffy toys and ear scratches. We are sad to see him leave but know that he will be loved and adjust well wherever he goes!" He is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on May 22nd or possibly earlier.
