About Jasmine
Jasmine is looking for a home where her energy and wit can make someone smile every day. Though the shelter originally guessed she was 12, anyone who spends a minute with her can see she’s got the spirit and spark of a dog half that age – closer to 6 or 8. She’s bright-eyed, tuned in to everything around her, eager to share her opinions, and always ready to comment (sometimes loudly) if she thinks you need to hear them. TV time is serious business for Jasmine, and snuggling up on the couch is even more important. She absolutely adores getting dressed up, be it pajamas or a cozy sweater, and she knows exactly how good she looks. With other dogs, Jasmine tends to be selective — not because she’s reactive, but because she wholeheartedly prefers her own space and isn’t interested in sharing her people. She’s a true only-dog queen and lives best as the single star of your household. Attention, affection, and being a close companion are Jasmine’s love language. She thrives on being involved and front-and-center in her person’s life. She’s based in South Carolina for now, but she’ll be ready to make her move once she’s recovered from a scheduled dental and mass removal. If you want a devoted, sassy, and delightful TV-watching sidekick who doesn’t mind a fun dress-up session, Jasmine is ready to move in. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
