Apple Strudel (female) and Nike (male) are not littermates and they do not have to be adopted together; but if they were, it would be awesome! They do, however should be going to a home with other cat(s). Nike might be a few weeks older than Apple and he definitely took on the role of big brother: not just for Apple, but all the other foster kittens. He is very gentle, he regularly grooms the other kittens and cuddles with them. Nike likes to be close to his foster mom and often "helps" typing emails and inspecting her laptop. Apple is all over the foster room: she likes to cuddle with the other kitties, but when she's had enough, she finds a quiet spot for herself (as seen on the shelf). She allows her foster mom to pick her up, cuddle with her and give her kisses....for about 45 seconds and then she wiggles her way out and off to the races! They are both wonderful kittens and will bring endless joy to anyone welcoming them in their family! We require adopters to fill out an application, have basic references checked, provide a virtual home visit (to ensure conditions are safe and reasonable), and pay an adoption fee. We allow all adopters an up-to-3-week-long tryout period to determine if the cat is a good match for them. If not, we will retrieve the cat(s) and return the adoption fee in full. We will also help with tips and methods for introducing the cat(s) to other pets, if needed.
