Hi, I’m Coop I’m a sweet, sensitive boy looking for a patient and loving home where I can take things slow. I’m timid with strangers—especially men—and need time to feel safe, but once I trust you, I’m incredibly affectionate and loyal. I love couch snuggles, playtime, and all the pets (especially butt scratches!). I do best in a calm home, either as the only dog or with a very low-energy, non-jumpy dog. A yard would be amazing so I can explore and stretch my legs. I’m house-trained, do well when left alone, don’t chew, and prefer to free-roam since crates aren’t my thing. I’ve recently started medication to help with my fears and am ready to keep building confidence with the right person. I was born in 2017 and am located at the rescue in Justin, TX.
