About Alfred
Alfred is a smart, active, and incredibly sweet boy always eager to learn and thrives when he has a job to do. He’s fully housetrained and understands quite a few words—he perks up most at the mention of "treat" or "food," and he’ll do just about anything for cheese. Meeting new people can make him a little shy at first, but once he gets to know you, he’s loyal, affectionate, and deeply devoted. Alfred enjoys other dogs, gets along well with cats, and loves a good game of fetch or zooming around the yard. His favorite spot is the window, where he can keep an eye on things. Athletic and graceful, Alfred really does run like a gazelle, but he’s just as happy soaking up ear scratches and butt rubs indoors. Brains, heart, and personality—he’s ready to be a wonderful companion for the right family. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
