Jackpot had a tough road to rescue, arriving with heavy matting and needles in his paws. But he has blossomed under his foster Mom’s care, and is ready to find his forever home. A home visit is required for the safety of our animals. We check the yard to make sure this little pup cannot escape and no predator can get in.
