About Jazz

MEET JAZZ! Jazz is a sweet senior who likes to be around people, and enjoys meeting new calm and mellow doggy friends. He is looking for a new home where he can cuddle and explore to his heart's content. My friends describe me as: Affectionate, Chill, Friendly Jazz is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. For more information on Jazz or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.

Health notes: Prone to dental disease, luxating patellas, heart murmurs, and hypoglycemia. Their molera (soft spot on skull) may persist into adulthood. Regular dental care is essential.

Warm, humid summers are great for walks along the Charles River Esplanade and visits to the Boston Harbor waterfront. Carry water and seek shade during midday heat. The Boston Common and Public Garden offer beautiful settings for pet outings.
