Addie is a light brown beauty who absolutely loves people. She's the first one at the door to greet guests and thrives on attention, happily soaking up pets and affection from anyone willing to give it. Playful and goofy, she'll often turn everyday moments into a game-especially if it involves her favorite pastime: keep-away, complete with adorable prancing and happy energy. She's also wonderfully polite and easy to live with. Addie walks nicely on a leash, doesn't jump up, and is content with shorter, relaxed walks where she can take in all the sights and smells (sometimes quite literally-she may pause to "stare into space" while taking it all in!). Addie has a developmental tendon issue in her left paw, so she does best with shorter walks on softer surfaces, but she's adapted well and remains a happy, active companion. She would thrive in a calm home-especially with an older couple or someone looking for a low-maintenance, affectionate dog. She does well with kids but would do best in a home without cats or other small animals.
