Adam was rescued by the Humane Investigations Team after being discovered alone in a cold, abandoned house. Despite a tough start, he has proven himself to be a sweet, affectionate boy who adores pets and back scratches. Adam thrives on exercise—walks, sniffing outdoors, and exploring new scents bring him joy. The behavior team has been working closely with him using positive reinforcement, and Adam will need an adopter willing to continue this training. Adam must be the only animal in the household and requires an adult-only home. He’s currently one of Aurora's "Special Canines," so his adoption donation has been sponsored, and his new family receives a starter kit of supplies plus extra support tailored to his needs.
