Anansi may start off a bit cautious around new people and unfamiliar spaces, but with patience and gentle encouragement, she quickly blossoms into a playful, wiggly, and sweet companion. She loves pets, snuggles, and soft words of encouragement, and she takes treats with the gentlest touch. Her tail wags, eyes soften, and she opens right up once she feels secure. This smart girl already knows commands like sit and paw, and she enjoys interacting with her humans in a calm, loving environment. While she can be reactive through fences with other dogs, Anansi thrives as a devoted companion in a home where she is the center of attention or where dog introductions are done thoughtfully. She is housebroken, eager to please, and incredibly responsive to affection, making her a true joy to be around once she settles in. Anansi's ideal home will be one that values patience, understanding, and consistency.
