Meet Lafayette! Lafayette is a handsome 3-year-old FIV positive tuxedo boy with a resilient spirit and a soft, affectionate side. He was sadly left behind when his family moved, but thanks to kind neighbors, he was rescued after struggling through the winter outdoors. Once he feels safe, Lafayette is a total gentleman and a complete mush. He loves pets, brushing, and is a professional head-butter. He’s also a big fan of mealtime—this piggy boy is always ready to eat! He can be a little grumbly or nervous with new cats at first, but warms up quickly once he knows they mean no harm. His full compatibility is still a bit of an unknown due to limited space, but he should be able to adjust with proper introductions. He’s comfortable with kids who understand how to respect a shy cat’s boundaries. Lafayette is ready for a loving home where he can relax, be spoiled, and never be left behind again.
