Aphrodite is a medium-sized Domestic Short Hair cat in Lacona, NY. She’s young, spayed, and fully vaccinated. This friendly girl is house trained, and her foster shares that she loves human attention and has a playful side that shows with her favorite toys.

About Aphrodite

Aphrodite is about three years old and already spayed. She has the energy of a youngster and loves her toys, but what she really wants is attention from her people. This girl will snuggle up, accept all the pets you’re willing to give, and purr endlessly when someone visits. While she’s been a dedicated mom, Aphrodite now craves being the focus of her own home. She’s not a fan of dogs, so a dog-free environment is a must. She’s had limited exposure to other cats, but based on her background, she’d probably do best as the only pet, or possibly with one mellow companion for company. She’s adapted well to home life, sleeping soundly on her foster’s bed but generally preferring her own cat bed on the floor. Aphrodite doesn’t like being picked up but is affectionate on her own terms and enjoys being close by. Her journey from outdoor life to a steady indoor routine is impressive, though she’s looking for an adopter willing to give her patience and stability. Adoption is only available within a 500-mile radius of Lacona, NY, and a meet-and-greet with all household members is required. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
