Thanks to a kind-hearted effort, her mom was TNR’d and able to return to her neighborhood, while Phyllis and her siblings got the chance to grow up safely in foster care—and begin their journey toward loving homes. Phyllis is a sweet girl who just needs a little time to feel secure. She may be shy at first and can startle with sudden noises, so a quieter home where she can settle in at her own pace would be her dream. But give her patience, kindness, and a little understanding, and you’ll see her true personality shine—once she trusts you, she’s an absolute sweetheart. 💕 She gets along wonderfully with other cats and would likely enjoy having a feline friend around to help her feel more confident.
