This loyal and protective girl is a wonderful companion who's proven herself great with kids (she lived with a 5-year-old!) and small dogs-she shared her home beautifully with a small dachshund. Personality: With familiar faces, Aida is loving and clingy, always wanting to be close to her people. She was especially protective of her pregnant mom, positioning herself between mom and strangers. With new people, she may bark initially, but once she approaches, she's all about those pets! With Other Animals: Aida does well with familiar dogs, especially smaller ones, though she needs a few minutes to warm up to new pups. She's lived peacefully with cats (though she does enjoy a good chase-no harm intended!). Quirks & Habits: Potty and kennel trained Great on leash (except around other dogs) Barks at people outside and dogs on TV Has a taste for trash can treasures May bolt out the front door if given the chance Favorite Things: Aida LOVES stuffed animals and sleeps with them every night on her dog bed. She's treat-motivated and will demolish a hard bone in record time. Toys are her jam!
