Hi there, we are a litter of 3 beautiful Australian Cattle Dog mix pups, about 5 months old, 2 boys and a girl, saved from a “kill shelter” in Port Lavaca, Texas. Thankfully, someone reached out to 4 Little Paws Rescue just before our euthanasia date since the shelter was closing for remodeling, and all dogs were set to “go.” Now, safe and sound in a foster home near San Antonio, we are getting ready for adoption, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, healthy, and happy, and looking for forever homes! My name is Socks. I’m a boy with a soft, medium-length coat, weigh 19 lbs, and I welcomed the photographer with a kiss the day I met her, which also happened to be my nap time. I’m so adorable! I am friendly and playful, great with people, children, and other dogs, and I enjoy the outdoors, running, playing chase, and playing with toys. I have a medium-high energy level, am not hyperactive, and play well with dogs of all sizes. I’m affectionate and loving and will happily share kisses. My foster mom says all of us are smart, well-behaved, housebroken, know how to use a doggy door, and sleep like little angels all night long, with no potty accidents.
