Meet D.W. - a curious little companion with plenty of charm and personality. Just like her namesake from the animated children's series Arthur, D.W. is a little bit sassy, incredibly sweet, and full of character. Born in her foster home in early April as part of a litter of five, she has been affectionate, playful, and people-focused from the very beginning. D.W. loves being wherever her humans are and happily joins in on daily life. Sit down at your computer and she'll hop onto the desk to supervise; settle in to read and she'll keep you company nearby; at bedtime, she's ready to curl up next to you. She's also an active and curious kitten who loves playtime. D.W. enthusiastically tackles wand toys, enjoys climbing to the very top perch of her cat tree, and can often be found watching birds and squirrels from the window - one of her favorite pastimes. D.W. shares a beautiful bond with her brother, Arthur. The two are often found snuggling, playing, napping, and happily rough-housing together, bringing out each other's playful and affectionate sides. In her foster home, D.W. gets along well with other cats and is social and adaptable with people. Her friendly nature means she would do well in a home with other cats and could also thrive with a gentle dog and/or respectful children. D.W. has excellent litter box habits, a healthy appetite, and is current on vaccines.
