Selena
AvailableSelena is a tricolor (brown, black, and white) large Boxer mix located in Raleigh, NC. She is an adult female, about 8 years and 7 months old, and is fully house trained. Selena is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. She has special medical needs and takes daily heart medication, but her condition does not slow her down.
About Selena
Selena is a big-hearted goofball who radiates positive energy. She greets everyone with open enthusiasm, making her nearly impossible not to love. With her playful Boxer spirit, Selena loves nothing more than a long walk or chance to sprint around the yard—she really needs a couple hours of exercise each day to stay at her best. Despite a recent stretch in a boarding facility, she remains fully house trained and hasn't had a single accident. Snuggles are her specialty, and she'll gladly be your shadow around the house. Selena does have a heart murmur, but a cardiologist has monitored her; she feels good and just needs a pill twice daily, which she happily takes in a treat. She's a bit of an escape artist, so sturdy containment is a must. Selena should not live with cats or small animals due to her prey drive, and currently, she doesn't get along with other dogs, so being your one-and-only is best. If you want a funny, energetic, and affectionate companion who loves attention, Selena will quickly steal your heart. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
