True to his Australian Cattle Dog roots, Rooster is incredibly smart, energetic, and always looking for his next “job.” Whether he’s exploring the outdoors, learning new tricks, or playing with another active pup, he throws his whole heart into everything he does. Rooster will thrive in an active, heeler-savvy home that understands the needs of a driven working breed. He’d love a playful canine companion to help burn off energy, or a dedicated owner ready to keep him engaged with daily physical exercise and mental challenges. He’s already off to a great start — making progress with potty training and learning basic commands (he already knows “sit”!). He’s also getting used to leash walking and will benefit from continued guidance to build his confidence. Like any young pup, Rooster is still learning and will need consistency, structure, and plenty of appropriate outlets for his energy (and yes — lots of chew toys to keep those puppy instincts in check!).
