Wilma doesn't understand why her world has changed. At around 8 years old and 77.8 lbs, this sweet girl spent her life in a quiet, loving home by her owner's side. But when her owner became too ill to care for her, Wilma suddenly found herself in a place that feels unfamiliar, loud, and overwhelming. The shelter is a scary place for her. She's confused, unsure, and missing the comfort she once knew. All she wants is a soft place to rest, a gentle voice, and someone to love her again. Wilma is fully vaccinated, and while she is heartworm positive, we will be taking care of her treatment. What she truly needs is a home-a calm, loving space where she can feel safe and cherished for the rest of her years. She has so much love left to give.
