About Rowe
Rowe came to the rescue with Fred and Groot after their person grew sick and couldn't care for them anymore. Having lived as strays, they spent their early days sheltered only by each other, which made them understandably wary of new people and places. Rowe is especially shy and protective at first, but being separated from the group helps her start to relax and discover things aren't as scary as they once seemed. She is steadily growing more comfortable with gentle care, quiet words, and patient encouragement. Rowe is not the type of dog who jumps into a new life overnight—she needs time and a calm touch to build trust. Get past the initial hesitation, and you'll find a dog with real potential for loyalty and love. She is thankful for a safe place to learn what a good life could look like. With patience, Rowe will be able to move beyond her past and embrace a home of her own. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
