Hi, I'm Barkese... yeah, I know-it's a pretty funny name! But I promise, I'm a seriously great dog. My owner loves me very much, but sadly their health is failing and they can no longer take care of me. It's been a hard change for both of us, but now I'm hoping to find a new family to call my own. I'm a very active pup who loves to run, play, and enjoy the outdoors. That's how I've spent most of my life so far. But if I'm being honest... I'm ready for something more. I dream about having a home where I can come inside, curl up on a soft bed, and snuggle close to my people at night.
