Nacho is essentially a "riot" in dog form. He’s a happy-go-lucky guy who treats every day like he just won the lottery. He absolutely adores kids, other dogs, and all people. The Cat Mystery: While he hasn't officially met a cat yet, his foster family believes he’d do just fine.
