Wilbur ended up in our care after our friendly vet tech watching him and his brother get thrown from a car window! Thankfully he was not injured, and despite being treated like garbage, Wilbur is just a doll. He has a super cute squishy face and a great personality! He is crate trained and loves other dogs, perfect for any family looking to adopt a new pup!
