Hello there- my name is Cavey and I am looking for my forever home! I am part of a group of dogs surrendered by a breeder. I don't have a lot of experience on what it feels like to be a loved family member- but I am very excited to learn. Estimated at about 4 months old in mid-April and last weighing in at a bit under 8 lbs towards the end of March, my rescue was told I am a Cavalier King Charles/poodle mix and I do look the part. I am very friendly and social. I get along well with other dogs, too- so a fur sibling would be great! I will need help with my potty and leash training, but really like being where the people are- so it should be easy for me to learn. My adoption fee is more than the other puppies and dogs at my rescue, but I'm told that I'm a more 'desirable' puppy than my other friends who are not as fortunate and will be at the rescue much longer than me, waiting for their forever home. My adopter will know that their fee will be helping support the other 200 or so animals at the rescue and not lining a breeder's pockets. My $1500 adoption fee includes vet exam, up to date vaccines, deworming, initial grooming, microchip, and neuter at one of my rescue's vets (Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, Naples, Miami or Orlando) when I'm closer to 6 months of age (contractually required).
