Griselda may have been picked up as a stray, but it’s clear this sweet girl has known love before. From the moment she steps outside, her gentle nature shines through. She walks politely on a leash, only pausing now and then to stop for a few good sniffs, and she already knows several commands including sit, stay, and come — even from a distance! She’s also impressively talented at catching treats mid-air, especially when snacks are involved because this girl is very treat motivated. Beyond her smarts, Griselda is the kind of dog who simply wants to be close to her people. She appears to be house-trained, immediately going potty once outside, and has a calm, low-to-medium energy level that makes her an easy companion to spend the day with. She loves belly rubs, gives plenty of kisses, and happily settles in beside you for pets and affection. Griselda warms up quickly to new people and has such a soft, loving presence that it’s hard not to fall for her. She’s ready to trade shelter life for a cozy home and a person to adore.
