About Bonnie
Meet Bonnie! Bonnie is a petite Lab mix, about 1-2 years old and weighing in at roughly 35 pounds. When she arrived at the rescue, she was timid and wary, having shut down completely. After seven months in her foster home, Bonnie has found her courage, learning that people can offer kindness. While Bonnie is still shy and prefers to decide on affection herself, she’ll seek out gentle pets when she feels secure, giving a sweet paw nudge or curling up beside you at night. She’s never happier than when romping with her dog friends—Bonnie needs a confident canine companion to truly thrive. Bonnie is house and crate trained, though she’s inventive when it comes to finding a way out, so her environment needs to be secure. She loves her bones, chasing balls, and dashing around the fenced yard with other pups. Bonnie does best in a calm setting with patient people who understand she needs space and time to settle in. Once she trusts, Bonnie becomes the quiet, affectionate dog who sneaks into your heart. Ready to give Bonnie the calm home she deserves? Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
