About Trey
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Trey is a handsome Miniature Pinscher with a striking presence, estimated to be about one year old and a slim 17 pounds. Found as a stray in need of love and attention, Trey has bravely survived the recent harsh winter. Now, thanks to caring rescuers, he's flourishing in foster care, where his sweet, yet cautious nature is shining through. Trey is hoping for a committed family or individual who will be patient as he warms up and proves to be a loyal cuddle companion for years to come. Trey is submissive around other dogs and would do well in a home with other cats or dogs. He is both crate trained and impressively housebroken, which hints at a loving past before he lost his way. Quiet and gentle, Trey has never shown aggression, even when faced with jealousy from other dogs, and he handles new situations with remarkable grace. He loves rolling in cool grass and enjoys companionship, although he can be a bit nervous at first and appreciates reassurance. Trey's foster mom sees his willingness to trust growing day by day, and everyone hopes he soon finds that perfect door opening to the life he deserves. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
