Piggy
AvailablePiggy is an adult American Shorthair female with a calm, affectionate demeanor and a medium build. She has been spayed and is up to date on her vaccinations. House trained and rescued in Roanoke, AL, Piggy requires a soft or wet food diet for life due to her dental history. She gets along well with other cats and prefers gentle company.
About Piggy
Piggy is one of those rare souls who radiates warmth wherever she goes. Rescued from a crowded home with dozens of cats, she managed to keep her gentle spirit through all of it. Now about 8 or 9 years old, Piggy is the laid-back, softhearted "Grandma" type. She came in already spayed and handled hernia surgery and full dental extraction without missing a beat. These days, she sticks to soft or wet food, but that doesn’t slow her down. Piggy can surprise you with a playful streak but mostly wants to be quietly close—lapping up affection and seeking out a comfy lap. She’s always patient and sweet around younger cats but would truly thrive as the only cat in a calm home where she can soak up all the attention. If you’re looking for a bonded, gentle companion, Piggy fits the bill. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
