Meet Franny (aka Fran or Francis)! Franny is a tiny, tender-hearted girl with the sweetest soul and the most inspiring spirit. This adorable small adult pup recently arrived in our care alongside a group of lucky travel companions, flown to the Pacific Northwest with our team following an international spay/neuter and wellness campaign just outside of Cancun, Mexico. We believe Franny is around 6 years old, and while her past was incredibly difficult, you'd never know it from the way she greets the world today-with softness, trust, and so much love to give. Before being rescued, it's suspected that Franny-and another dog in our program, Billy-were victims of abuse that left visible scars on her skin and coat. While her story is heartbreaking, it's also a powerful testament to her resilience. Despite everything she's been through, Franny is gentle, affectionate, and deeply people-oriented. She leans into love, seeks out connection, and has a quiet, comforting presence that makes you instantly fall for her. She's now safe, healthy, and ready to begin a new chapter-one filled with kindness, stability, and the care she's always deserved.
