Hi, I’m Rivvie! I was born around January 1, 2026, and I’m a Shepherd mix expected to grow into about 45 pounds. My story started a little wild—I was found living in a foxhole with my siblings and had never even met a human before being rescued. Since then, I’ve been learning that the world isn’t so scary after all, and I’m blossoming into a playful, curious, and sweet pup with so much love to give. Here’s why I’m such a special girl: Playtime Pro – I love toys, wrestling with my sister, and exploring the yard like it’s my own jungle. Curious Explorer – Whether it’s sniffing new things or hiding in plants, I’m always on an adventure. Gentle & Growing – I’m learning to trust more every day and making amazing progress. Puppy Joy – I get so excited when my people come home—it’s the best part of my day! I’m pee pad trained and still learning the basics like leash walking and navigating this whole “living in a house” thing. Because I didn’t grow up around humans, I can still be a little shy and might run if I’m startled, but I truly do enjoy being pet and being near my people. I’m a great mix of independent and affectionate—I like my space, but I also love being part of the action. With time, patience, and consistency, my confidence is only going to keep growing. My dream home would have a yard for me to explore and, ideally, another friendly dog to help show me the ropes and build my confidence. I’d do best with a patient family who understands that I’m still learning and will let me adjust at my own pace. I’ve already come so far, and I’m well on my way to becoming an outgoing, loving companion. My adoption fee is $550, this fee covers my first year of vaccinations, spay/neuter, and microchip.
