Bruno is a big, loveable Labradoodle mix with a gentle soul and goofy charm. At about a year old, he's already proven himself a standout houseguest—his foster describes him as both well-mannered and easygoing, always eager for play but happy to settle in and relax. He gets along well with other dogs and enjoys tug of war and playful interactions with his canine pals. He's met cats too; his curiosity is easy to redirect with someone attentive. Bruno absolutely adores people of all ages and greets everyone as a friend. He's house trained, comfortable spending up to eight hours in his crate, and hardly makes a noise. Walks on a leash are one of his favorite activities, and he travels nicely by car. As a big dog, a little more leash practice and obedience training will help smooth out just a bit of understandable youthful enthusiasm—sometimes he jumps up on guests out of excitement. He is currently finishing up heartworm treatment and is expected to recover fully with no long-term effects. Bruno needs a home ready to keep him healthy and loved.
