Sage is about 7 months old as of April 2026. Sage was rescued from a rough street situation in Paterson and is now safe in foster care in Caldwell, NJ alongside his siblings. He’s still a bit skittish, but he’s making progress—he will allow gentle petting, especially when treats are involved, and he’s starting to show his playful side more and more. Sage will need a patient, quiet home that can continue building his confidence at his own pace. With time and trust, he has great potential to become a loving companion.
