Meet Ben! He is truly a gem! Ben is a 11-month-old German Shepherd mix weighing about 45 lbs who has already been through more than any dog should. He was found as a stray and sadly ended up on the euthanasia list before being given a second chance at life. Ben is a sweet, gentle and loving boy who still trusts people and just wants affection. He loves to give kisses, and he is great with kids, loves playing with other dogs and would love a family that will help him continue to heal and feel safe. Not every dog comes perfectly groomed or camera ready, but every one of them deserves a chance.
