About Sinclair
Sinclair is a loyal German Shepherd, about 3 years old, neutered, microchipped, and current on all vaccinations. He’s an active, clever dog with a big love of food—meals and treats always get his attention. If you’re looking for a bold, striking, and energetic companion who loves both physical adventure and mental challenge, Sinclair could be the dog for you, as long as you’re genuinely ready for the responsibilities of a German Shepherd. He needs an owner who understands and appreciates the high energy and intelligence of working breeds, and who’s able to give him plenty of structured exercise and consistent mental stimulation. Sinclair does best with boundaries, ongoing training, and a confident, caring human who can set a firm but fair routine. Experience with German Shepherds, or commitment to researching their needs and quirks, is a must. Sinclair can be strong on a leash and will happily remind you when it’s mealtime. His interactions with other animals are unknown; if you already have a dog, a meet-and-greet at the shelter is required before adoption. The shelter also offers a seven-day foster trial to make sure everyone is a good fit. Visits are welcome Monday through Saturday during open hours. Click apply to start the adoption process.
