Ebby is a tiny puppy that is believed to be a catahoula mix. She was rescued from a sad situation and is now living at the shelter. Available for pre-adoption because she is too young to be spayed or have her rabies vaccine, she will be looking for her forever home soon. Ebby is still a baby but is very smart, sweet and quieter that the other puppies she plays with.
