Atticus
AvailableAtticus is a young, medium-sized mixed breed male who is already neutered. He's currently thriving in Atlanta, GA, and is house trained.
About Atticus
Atticus is a lively, fun-loving pup who's shining in his foster home. He's bursting with playful puppy energy and never misses a chance for a game of tug or chase with his foster’s pitbull companion. While he brings a lot of zoomies, Atticus also has great house manners—he sticks to chewing his own toys and leaves the rest untouched. He's keen on play but shows zero resource guarding. Living with two cats, Atticus handles the feline presence well. He can get a little curious and overzealous, but it's all energy, not prey drive, and he's easily redirected. In the house, he’s nearly completely potty trained and comfortable in his crate—even for four-hour road trips. His vocalizing when left alone has really improved and is now almost non-existent. Even fireworks hardly faze him. Leash walks are generally good, though Atticus still pulls a bit. Training is in the works, and his eagerness to learn is clear. He’s confident when out in public, ignoring traffic and cyclists; only fenced, barky dogs make him uneasy. He’s a little timid with new people at first, but it doesn’t take long for him to warm up and show his friendly side. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
